What Can Possibly Go Wrong?

Our liquor/alcoholic beverage license brokerage services utilize the
state's most sophisticated database network of all alcoholic
beverage licenses registered through the Florida
Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco.

The Florida Liquor License Exchange is an on-line network linking
buyers and sellers of liquor/alcoholic beverage licenses in all
67 counties of Florida (All Florida Counties are listed to the right).
Full Liquor Quota Licenses are available for specific counties only
and are non-transferable between counties.

"Beer/Wine Only" licenses or Special Restaurant "SRX" licenses
are relatively inexpensive and can be obtained
directly from the local district office of the Florida Division of Alcoholic
Beverages for a nominal fee. No broker is needed for those. Full Liquor
Quota Licenses, however, must be acquired directly from an existing license-holder and are much more expensive. They are usually
acquired through liquor license brokers like us. They are specific
to a particular county and the prices can range from a low of
$40K or so to well over $400K. It all depends on the county
of interest and Supply v. Demand.

holders who adhere to and offer such a program in the workplace,
especially the issues of liability exposure and avoidance of causes
of action for violation of the beverage laws. We offer on-site
training and follow-up and an official registry of the
license holder's participation in
The Responsible Vendor Training Program.

The Responsible Vendor Training Program is endorsed by the Florida Restaurant Association and Florida Food Industries. The program is
recognized by Aetna, CIGNA and other insurance companies to reduce
liquor license premiums for their insureds. The Florida
Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco has approved
the program and recommends its use and
application in the workplace
by license holders.
